British American TobaccoSlovakia has an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Planning Managerin Bratislava!

Purposed of this role is to be a part of PRRP product introduction to markets with a vision for better tomorrow. We need game-changers. Dealmakers. Groundbreakers. If we’re going to hand these sensational new smoking alternatives to the world, we need you to be a pioneer. Someone who commits to a goal, no matter how hard, and doesn’t quit until it is achieved. A career in PRRP Products could be a chance to come up with never/be foreseen inventions. To shape a global market than hasn’t yet been conquered. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

·Lead the development of cross-channel 360 campaign plans, activities, and touchpoints for all brand initiatives, with clear line of sight objectives.

·Assure consistency of consumer messaging across all passive and active touchpoints, with PRRP focus.

·Development of all campaign materials for retail outlets, preparation of primary & secondary communication and OOH and supporting B2B communication in line with legislation and brand standards

·Lead the OTIF execution of campaign plans.

·Ensure campaign results are measured and that learnings/insights are considered in development of future 360 campaign strategies and plans.

·Collaborating with external marketing agencies

·Managing team of three people and being responsible from their development

·Ensure Talent & Reward cycles are followed OTIF.

·Ensure right agile, accountable and proactive mindset within the team.

·Ensure that all administrative activities related to Managing Team (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), recruitment, performance improvement, time-off etc are performed and followed OTIF.

·Ensure that appropriate performance objectives are in place for all employees within the team and measured against targets OTIF.

·Provide timely feedback and clarity on performance standards whilst coaching and developing performance of the team.

·Encourage development of the team through 70-20-10 concept.

What are we looking for?

·At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing and/or similar roles within BAT or another FMCG organization.

·Ability to influence at several levels as well as across functions.

·Excellent networking skills and relationship building skills.

·Ability to manage multiple activities.

·Excellent written and oral communication skills.

·Fluency in English

·Experience in people management

·PC skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point

·Campaign plans with clear line of sight objectives and maximizing available ecosystem.

·Use of most effective touch points.

·Execution of campaigns for key missiles.

·Consistent brand messaging across all consumer platforms.
