Our client, a leading provider in the customer service industry, is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be part of the customer support team, providing exceptional service to clients and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Handle incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and issues. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.

What's Needed?

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required.
