Shift Pattern: typical shifts are 10:30am-6:00pm or 5:00pm-1:30am; union position, must have full open availability (due to seniority scheduling we are unable to accommodate any weekly restrictions, number of weekly shifts will depend on business and seniority)

Hourly Rate: $18.00 per plus tips

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

\n\n1 year of bussing or food running in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant\nFood Handlers certifications\nA genuine spirit to provide exceptional service to our guests\n\n

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Busperson, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nSet and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.\nEnsure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair\nStock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)\nAssist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.\nDeliver food from kitchen to tables and bar\nRetrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area\nRespond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\n
