Job Description

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to Global Shared Services team who can handle daily operational tasks and support us with achieving its Goals and report, implement Continuous Improvement ideas.

You will report to Team Leader ISC - GLOBAL SHARED SERVICES.

You will work hybrid (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at office). Flexible working hours: 7:00 - 9:00 to 15:00 - 17:00

Your Responsibilities:The accountability over different Customer Care and supply chain processesResolve issues related to handled processesMaking sure the process instructions are updated and accurateCustomer Focus: Assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfactionCommunicate with internal and external partnersAddress business issues in appropriate mannerResponsibility for delivering process innovations and continuous improvement ideasParticipate in Lean projects

The Essentials - You Will Have:English language skills (B2)Familiarity with the project management methodology (LSS, PRINCE2)Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel (including Macros)Continuous improvement mindset: focused on implementing process improvements

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Swedish, Danish or Norwegian language will be an assetExperience in Power Automate will be an asset
