A Business Process Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing business processes.
The Business Process Analyst is part of the Optimization, Enablement & Governance team. They work with stakeholders, including customers, distributor partners, country teams, and Business Process Owners, to lead process optimization and enhancement. Your role will involve continuous improvement and potential automation of processes to reduce transactional efforts and enhance ease of doing business
Your responsibilities:
Transition processes and deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers promptly.Reduce customer efforts and enhance productivity through process improvements.Optimize processes using different Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean Methodologies.Enable the ecosystem for potential automation.Enhance competency levels.Work on issues of limited scope and following established practices in analyzing situations or dataYou will have:
Bachelor's DegreeBlack Belt Lean Six Sigma certification is mandatory.A minimum of 2+ years of experience in an office environment.Extended knowledge with SAP – CRM, ERP, ECC.Expertise in BI platforms (ex – Power BI, Salesforce CRM Analytics, etc)Experience on MS Office suite and other productivity applications (Excel VBA, RPA, MS Flows, etc.).Experience in Agile software developmentExperience with the Salesforce.com platformAdditionally, a Business Process Analyst a analyzes, planning, and implementing process improvement needs. They evaluate and model existing processes, organize and lead projects, identify improvement options, and develop metrics for process management. They also collect data to identify root cause problems, measure performance against process requirements, and align improvement projects to close performance shortfalls.
