**Job Description:**
+ Supervises individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
+ Develops value proposition for pipeline PAH products.
+ Ensures understanding of brand strategies and aligned objectives.
+ Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, market potential and competitive landscape in the PAH market (market analysis)
+ Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive product growth and enhance market presence for short, medium and long term (strategy development)
+ Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch activities including positioning, pricing, and promotion (product life cycle management)
+ Compliantly partner with medical affairs, market access, government affairs, supply chain, regulatory teams and enabling function to ensure product success and meet customers & patients' needs
+ Analyze product performance metrics and sales data to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement (performance monitoring)
+ Manage product budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources (budget management)
+ Generates insights and critical analysis of products to formulate marketing and selling strategies.
+ Devises key business drivers for the market development strategy.
+ Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards.
+ Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
+ This job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
