Role & Responsibilities:Collaborating with the BIA team and the other teams to implement strategies.Monitor and tracking the BIA type of activity focus to Market: Workstream, Market Key Projects, Regional Key Projects, Adhoc request from the market and internal HHDDA.Support the MBR Report preparation.Focus Project: Open hours for Market to learn Dashboards: AP Sales Dashboard, MDD Dashboard, Infrared Dashboard, IPMG Dashboard, etc.Candidates should be in their last semester at a reputable university and possess the following skills:Educational Background: Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and provide insights.Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, R, or Python.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills for effective communication.Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.Problem-Solving Skills: Creative approach to challenges with practical solutions.Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adjust in a dynamic environment.
