Operations Finance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, we seek a detail-oriented Business Financial Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, reporting and strategic initiatives to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification business area.You will be mainly accountable for:1) Financial Analysis & Reporting•\tAnalyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) and KPIs to assess business performance.•\tPrepare monthly/quarterly reports for stakeholders, highlighting variances against budgets/forecasts.•\tSupport on annual budgeting and rolling forecast process.•\tCollaborate with business managers to align financial plans with business goals.2) Strategic Support•\tProvide data-driven recommendations to management for growth strategies & decision making.•\tDevelop financial models (DCF, NPV, scenario/sensitivity analysis) to evaluate investments or strategic projects.•\tPartner with cross-functional teams (Operations, PM, R&D) to identify cost-saving/lean opportunities.3) Process Improvement•\tAutomate reporting and streamline workflows using tools.•\tEnsure compliance with accounting standards (PRC/US GAAP) and internal controls.

Qualifications for the role

\tEducation: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.\tExperience: 5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles. Plant experience and deep-dive ability on manufacturing cost is a plus\tTechnical Skills: Advanced Excel and financial modeling. Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI) and ERP systems (SAP) is a plus\tSoft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders.\tCertifications: CPA, CMA is a plus
