Role Summary
You will be a trusted partner to hospitals and healthcare professionals, helping them choose the right solutions for better patient care. Your success directly contributes to longer, healthier lives for patients who rely on our technologies.
You will serve as a critical bridge between innovation and the front lines of care — combining clinical insight, sales acumen, and customer empathy to make a real difference.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell hemodialysis devices and consumables to both public and private hospitals.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and procurement teams.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Clinical, Technical) to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific client and patient needs.
Identify market opportunities, emerging customer needs, and strategic growth areas within your territory.
Lead professional tender submissions and contribute to service contract strategies.
Deliver accurate monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to management.
Attend industry conferences and company events to stay informed and network.
Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to stay ahead.
Work closely with finance and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and credit control processes are adhered to.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and procurement teams.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
Experience in a multinational or structured healthcare sales environment is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving and territory management abilities.
Must have own transport and willingness to travel regularly within the Central region.
