ADP is Hiring a Business Consultant with german!

 

The key objective of the Business Consultant (BC) supporting Germany is to assist the Sales teams with product virtual demo delivery and with RFP (request for proposal) answering on local BoB (best of breed) offerings + iHCM Multi-Country .

A large part of an RFP includes questionnaires covering topics such as functionalities, services delivery, implementation, technical requirements, etc.

To meet this objective, the Business Consultant will use content materials, collaterals, supporting documentation stored in a dedicated tool (Responsive) that acts as a repository for standard answers. Other internal tools used as source of information are ADPWorks pages, Seismic, local sharepoints etc.

The Business Consultant will work closely with the Bid Managers who run a deal qualification and assessment coordinating the project end to end, but also directly with District Managers (DMs).

KEY TASKS:

Product demo delivery both generic overviews as well as detailed, complex demonstrations on WebEx. Create product video demo recordings RFP responding by referring to the Responsive DE database, respecting deadlines when presenting the response packages to sales. Building an internal network of contacts and collaborating with various ADP teams in seeking expertise on complex inquiries (service, implementation,research and development, sales etc) Validating legal, compliance, security etc related requirements on the RFP documentation submitted by sales – needs to build service, governance ,solutions, payroll, HR business acumen Responsive content management for Paisy, SmartPay,GFOS , iHCM Multi-Country offerings (building, maintaining, curating RFP content in Responsive). Engaging SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and other internal stakeholders in regular content creation and validation

  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

German: fluent speaker/writer and English: fluent speaker/writer 

Candidate should have high level of technical writing skills in German/English. Them should be able to summarize or rephrase answers, depending on the level of details required by the RFP. Content should be customized to prospect’s field of activity and specifics.

 

Candidate must be also comfortable with talking in German/English with diverse audiences, appropriately adjusts technical content to meet differing knowledge and interest, and juggling meetings with multiple audience levels.       

3-5 years of experience in similar roles (proposal consultant,pre-sales or sales consultant) MS Office suite proficiency (building ppt presentations, customizing excel questionnaires coming from prospects, building response templates in word) Knowledge on ADP offerings or familiar with German payroll

Able to manage a process end to end, coordinating internal and external resources/stakeholders Resourceful, self-motivated, proactive, focused on continuous process improvement Able to qualify a sales opportunity, to assess a prospect business problem and recommend appropriate solutions. Can articulate the business value of ADP solutions to a prospect/client Ability to both work as part of a team as well as under own initiative. Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical audiences Ability to quickly learn new procedures, skills, and techniques Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, effectively prioritizing workload Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings. Delivers informative, well-organized presentations, emphasizing on value for customer. Expertise in understanding in Human Resources Information System, architectures, and technologies and comprehensive HR and Payroll activities.
