**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Configuration and OMICS Pipeline development. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. You will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that align with our companys goals. **Responsibilities** + Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. + Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and business needs. + Configure and customize SFDC to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality. + Develop and maintain OMICS Pipelines to support scientific research and data analysis. + Ensure that all configurations and developments adhere to best practices and industry standards. + Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance. + Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of systems. + Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations processes and workflows. + Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes. + Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. + Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner. + Continuously seek opportunities to enhance system capabilities and improve user experience. **Qualifications** + Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. + Demonstrate strong experience in SFDC Configuration and customization. + Have a solid understanding of OMICS Pipeline development and its applications. + Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. + Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. + Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Have experience in documenting business processes and system configurations. + Show the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. + Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs. + Possess a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development. + Be adaptable to changing business requirements and priorities. **Certifications Required** Certified Salesforce Administrator Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
