**Banking & Financial Services Consulting**
Cognizant’s Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Consulting team is seeking talented consultants with business analysis and digital change delivery experience to work with our ecosystem of clients, alliances, start-ups, and design agencies to deliver the next generation of banking products and experiences. This role provides an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, high energy and entrepreneurial team working with leading Benelux based clients.
**Role & Responsibilities**
+ As a Business Analyst, you analyse and design flawless features for IT fulfilment of the Financial Economic Crime prevention initiatives and requirements and you can make a difference by giving the right directions for development and continuous improvement of processes and solutions.
+ The teams are responsible for the digitization of the risk detection chain and the follow-up research. We do this with technologies such as Java, Pega, Siebel and Oracle. An important part is the assessment of whether a customer complies with the law and regulations (KYC, CDD, AML, Sanctions and Fraud detection). In your work you have interfaces with the customer, local bank employees and the virtual channels Web and App.
+ The BA is primarily the linking pin between the business stakeholders and the agile self-organizing teams. The BA works with business stakeholders to understand their business processes and to identify and understand their needs and/or the needs of the customer they represent.
+ We work Agile and are continuously working to make steps towards maximally independent teams by means of enabling DevOps and a working method in which the customer journey is central. This means that your direct colleagues are diverse; offshore and onshore, marketing and legal and everything in between. In the coming years we will continue to develop in the field of cloud and new applications to digitize and optimize customer processes 100%. **Skills & Experience:**
+ Knowledge of and experience with Agile, and Scrum in particular.
+ Knowledge and experience in/with Business Analyst way of working
+ Knowledge and experience with Sanctions Screening, CDD (Customer Due Diligence) or KYC (Know your Customer) , AML, Fraud prevention
+ Working in agile environments
