**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Systems Administrator to join our IT team. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our IT systems, with a special focus on brokerage software and network and server infrastructure.

**What do you do in a day?**
+ Systems Maintenance: Install, configure and update hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance of systems and networks.
+ Performance Monitoring: Analyze logs, identify failures and prevent downtime.
+ User Support: Provide technical assistance to users, resolving access, software and connectivity issues.
+ Documentation and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of configurations, procedures, and changes. Propose improvements and change controls for management approval.

**What do we expect from you?**
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
+ Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified or equivalent will be valued.
+ Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac), networks and cloud services.
+ Analytical Skills: Efficient diagnosis and solution of technical problems.
+ Communication: Clarity and effectiveness in interacting with users and technical teams.
+ Advanced English: Essential for technical communication and documentation.
