If you’re ready to work in an empowered, collaborative environment, Littleconnell Brewery could be the perfect fit. **About the Role ** You’ll be a multi-skilled professional responsible for ensuring excellence across every stage of the production process, from brewing to utilities and water treatment. You’ll work in a collaborative, operate-and-maintain model, using digital tools and automation to improve efficiency, safety, and quality every step of the way. What you’ll do: + Champion a strong safety culture, promoting best practices to maintain an injury-free workplace. + Operate, monitor and maintain brewing, utilities, and water treatment equipment to the highest standard. + Ensure premium quality, food safety, and environmental compliance (ISO 9001 and beyond). + Keep production systems and inventory data accurate and up to date. + Take ownership of plant performance, completing condition monitoring and maintenance tasks, track and optimize production KPIs, driving performance excellence + Support continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and innovative thinking. + Rotate through the different areas of productionin brewing operations and utilities operations to develop broad, hands-on expertise and drive flexibility. + Contribute to site sustainability efforts through waste, water, and energy optimisation initiatives + Ensure every batch of our beer is top quality through sensory analysis and evaluation. **About you  ** We’re looking for motivated individuals with an understanding of manufacturing processes, ideally from liquid, utilities, pharmaceutical, or food production industries. Whilst experience is important, it’s your problem-solving approach and passion for growth and excellence that really counts.
