About the Role
An amazing opportunity has arisen for Oncology Brand and Customer Managers with a focus on Women’s Cancers | Breast Cancer and Gynecological Cancers. Being part of the Marketing Planning group, you will report into the Sales & Marketing organization and be responsible for developing customer segmentation, strategies, and plans relevant to the brand, representing country customer and brand needs on internal taskforces. Through a focus on customers and on implementation, maximize sales for the brand in the country.
What you will do:
Lead local Brand Committees and collect customer needs, segmentation, and drivers/barriers to provide to C&DU local.Develop local segmentation and determine segmentation strategy based on input from all groups interacting with customers.Forecast sales and plan investments while collaborating with a cross-functional team in Agile methodology.Implement marketing strategy and multichannel MCC branded programs, including content creation/adaptation and management through multiple platforms.Participate in field visits, regional sales rep meetings, and metrics tracking.Develop Scientific Leaders plans, interact with Scientific Leaders, attend scientific congresses, and organize local speaker engagements.What You Bring:
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, related Health Diploma, or Management.Minimum of 2 years in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry, with marketing and oncology experience.English proficiency at a medium to high level.Preferred medical/pharmaceutical knowledge and a post-graduate title.Experience in oncology, particularly in Breast Cancer and Gynecological Cancers, and promotion experience in developing brand plans.Strong understanding of marketing strategy, strategic thinking, project management, and collaboration skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a high degree of integrity and ethics.Why Join Us?
