Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Vaccines Brand and Customer Manager.
Being part of the Hungarian Vaccines Team, will report directly to the Business Unit Director, and be responsible for developing customer segmentation, strategies and plans relevant to the Brands (HPV and pediatric vaccines) representing country customer and brand needs on internal taskforces.
Through a focus on customers and on implementation, maximize sales for the Brand in the country.
Main role and responsibilities:
Brand Strategy DevelopmentLead the communication and content strategy for HCPs and HCCsCollection of Customer needs, segmentation and drivers/barriersDevelopment of local segmentation and determine segmentation strategy based on input from all groups interacting with customers.Forecasting/Planning of sales and investmentsCollaborate and work with cross functional team in Agile methodologyImplementation:
Implement Marketing Strategy and multichannel branded programsContent creation/adaptation and management though multiple platforms/timingsParticipate in Field Visits and Regional Sales rep meetingsPerformance metrics tracking of marketing campaigns for HCPs & HCCsLeveraging the market insights to course correct and adjust long term product strategyEfficiently use data to take informed business decisionsHCP Education:
Develop Scientific Leaders plans and interact with Scientific LeadersAttend Scientific Congresses with Scientific LeadersDevelop local speakers and organization of local speaker engagementsEducation & skills:
University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or other related Health Diploma or University degree in Management2-3 years in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry.Marketing and Vaccine ExperienceEnglish - very strong communication skillsPreferred:
Vaccines experienceMarketing and/or pharmaceutical knowledgePromotion experience including, co-creating innovative solutions to meet customer needs and developing Brand plans to support Business ObjectivesExperience in or working with sales organizationsStrong understanding of foundational marketing strategyStrategic thinking and analytical; project management and collaboration skillsDemonstrates high degree of integrity and ethicsStrong communication and presentation skillsInnovative thinking & habit of continuous studyingCurrent Employees apply HERE
