Job Description
BCM Oncology is responsible for identifying brand growth opportunities, setting portfolio priorities and securing appropriate business plans for his respective countries. BCM oncology designs, develops and implements marketing programs for oncology portfolio consistent with global and local strategies via specific marketing strategies and media.
BCM Oncology prepares for launch excellence and ensures launch readiness in the countries. He/ she will at the same time ensure support and focus on driving and optimizing existing business.
The BCM will engage with top customers across the markets with the objective to improve the patients’ health outcomes.
In collaboration with the Customer Unit Lead Oncology and Medical Team, BCM needs to provide a highly effective customer experience, ensuring that our Company delivers value to patients, payers and physicians and become a trusted partner within Oncology.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops in collaboration with the cross functional team the Brand Plan and follows up execution, based on specific KPIs
Develops sales and expenses forecasting and follows up implementation of approved action plan.
Develops relevant promotional and non-promotional material and programs, customizes global and regional materials to be appropriate to local market
Integrates MCM activities, customer solutions projects, communication plans and other customer related activities and ensures accomplishment of strategic objectives
Collaborates with support functions to conduct market research/analysis
Conducts frequent field visits to liaise with SLs and other physicians, gaining deeper market understanding and customer insights
Close liaison with the oncology team to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and programs to ensure that promotional material is being used optimally.
Education & Experience, Competencies:
Minimum: Healthcare education, Bachelor or University degree from accredited university, preferably Medical Doctor or Pharmacists
Minimum: 5 years’ experience within Pharma, preferable experience in Oncology and launching new products
Ability to manage key external stakeholders, to influence without authority, and to create and carry out action plans in matrix cross-functional team structures
Exhibit strong leadership, problem solving, project planning, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
As this is an above-country position, candidate should also be willing to travel within the region and work cross-culturally
Fluent in conversational and written English
