Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Specialist I to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a BIM Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for our architectural, engineering, and construction projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in one of the world's most dynamic cities.

Develop and maintain BIM models using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit and NavisworksCollaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of BIM processesCreate 3D visualizations and renderings to support project presentations and client communicationsPerform clash detection and coordinate resolution of design conflictsAssist in developing and maintaining BIM standards, templates, and best practicesSupport the integration of BIM with other project management and design toolsProvide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processesStay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trendsEnsure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field2-3 years of experience in BIM implementation and managementProficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and NavisworksStrong skills in 3D modeling, visualization, and AutoCADIn-depth knowledge of construction processes and building systemsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working on architectural, engineering, or construction projectsUnderstanding of AEC industry standards and practicesFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations in DubaiBIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferredAbility to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to adapt to new technologies and industry developments
