We are looking for two Billing Specialists to join our team in Leicester. The Billing specialists are responsible for invoice deviation management and this role involves working as part of the wider Billing Team Function, dealing with all aspects of Construction and Service Billing to maximize billing potential, whilst reducing risk.
On a typical day you will:
Monitor automated billing activitiesRaise non-standard invoicesEnsure non-standard billing rates are captured correctlyProcess invoice corrections in case of customer complainsWork closely with other C2C colleagues to ensure low level of disputesClose relationship with branches to focus on timely and correct invoicesFocus on quality of created invoicesFollow specific, complex local requirements
To be successful in this role you will have:
A strong administrative background including excellent knowledge of MS Word and ExcelCustomer Service ExperienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to develop strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Finance background or similar experience handling invoicesExperience working with larger ERP system
