We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable individual to join our client's Billing department. This is a temp-to-hire position with the opportunity to grow within their company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong QuickBooks and typing skills. 

Job Title: Billing Specialist – Transportation & Logistics
Location: Mira Loma, CA
Pay Range: $22/hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What’s the Job?

Assist with various billing and invoice tasks using QuickBooks and administrative duties Manage customer service inquiries related to billing Perform administrative tasks and data entry with speed and accuracy Maintain excellent on-time attendance and daily consistency Work both independently and as part of a team Open to cross-training in different areas of the department Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
What’s Needed? Must have strong typing skills - 40+ WPM required Knowledge of QuickBooks with relevant billing experience is a must! Previous experience in a full scale 3PL business environment is needed Able to adapt to various tasks and work independently Flexible work schedule required Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
