BI Associate (TCF)Job Description
Key Responsibilities:•\tResponsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly client/internal reports & performance dashboards
•\tPreparing ad-hoc reports & analyzing data for management that provide insight
•\tData extraction/upload from the client system to the CNX side
•\tPartner with business & support strategic projects involving data mining & analytics
•\tOptimize use of tools/technology to improve efficiency & effectiveness of the reporting group
Required Skills:
•\t1-2 years of experience with detail data
•\tStrong verbal & written communication in English
•\tAnalytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
•\tExperience on Advance Excel + Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Studio & other BI tools)
•\tWorking Knowledge of SQL scripting, VBA Macros
•\tUnderstanding of Call Center Operational Metrics
•\tExperience on reporting through CRM switch and tools viz. CMS (Avaya), OB Dialer, Genesys, IEX etc.
•\tSelf-starter, ability to complete work with limited degree of supervision
•\tFlexible with shifts and should be comfortable working from office.
