What You'll Do

Business Intelligence and Analytics Services Hub is an upcoming centralized global financial reporting and analytics service team. This hub will greatly enhance how our management engage in information required to manage the business. Team is an integral part of the Global Finance organization, providing insights & analysis supported by meaningful and accurate financial information to help guide and influence the decision-making process. The team supports the leadership of our various business segments, senior finance management, local, regional & global finance colleagues across the organization.

 

Specifically, this position will be supporting the Governance, BI & Portfolio Analytics team to provide consistent & top-quality analyses that inform the strategic direction of real estate actions. This position will partner with Portfolio analysts and Project Delivery teams to complete comprehensive due diligence of real estate strategies, develop deep analytical insights to assess the impact of real estate strategies, and proactively manage a global portfolio. Below are some examples of key responsibilities, amongst others:

Develop creative and insightful analyses to drive real estate decisionsSupport business case development by structuring analyses with sensitivities in anticipation of leadership questionsPerform a range of analyses addressing different stakeholder perspectives, from Treasury to Capital budgeting, from local office profit margin to regional/global portfolio impactWork closely with Project Coordinators to track metrics and benchmarks to measure performance of the portfolio and individual projectsEvolve and create new tools to further digitize GRE Analysis work and deliver efficiency/scale

What You'll Bring

B. Com / Master’s degree in Finance or Chartered Accountant or equivalent6 to 8 years of relevant finance experienceExperience in commercial real estate transactions a plusVery strong problem solving & analytical skillsExcellent communication skills; written and oralFlexible to work across time zonesProven ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all levels, preferably in a professional services organizationStrong finance knowledge of financials statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.Advanced computer literacyExperience with and exposure to data analytics and business intelligence tools e.g. SAP Business objects, Power BI, Tableau; advanced excel, building reports, and diagnosing issues

Who You'll Work With

As a member of the Business Intelligence Team, you will interact extensively with a diverse range of stakeholders from across the business, both geographically and functionally. This includes, but is not limited to Local, Regional, Global, and Practice Area analysis teams, as well as, the overall Global finance organization.

Finance/ Technical Skills

Strong understanding of finance concepts, management/financial reporting & analysisExperience on data visualization & analytics tools (such as advanced excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI) will be an added plus
