**Bench Technician 2 – Ultrasound Transducer Repair**
The Bench Service Technician acts as an integral part of AllParts Medical LLC’s operation by ensuring product availability while meeting business targets, executing test and repair requirements and planned activities according to regulatory guidelines, and providing solutions through diagnostics, troubleshooting, and informed repair operations.
**Your role:**
+ Diagnose and repair a variety of products, including troubleshooting circuit transducers and components, use diagnostic tools and software to assess performance and verify repairs.
+ Perform cosmetic restoration on devices, including replacements, casing refinishing, and detailed cleaning.
+ Disassemble and reassemble products with precision, ensuring no damage to internal or external components while working with small tools and delicate components; strong hand-eye coordination required.
+ Accurately documents quality assurance records and work orders, including diagnostics, resolutions, test procedures, and case statuses, using the ERP system for knowledge sharing and quality assurance.
+ Demonstrates solid technical knowledge, engineering fundamentals, and the ability to work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and experience while solving technical problems independently and making decisions for optimal customer solutions.
+ Maintains a strong work ethic and dependability, adapting to new technologies, understanding empowerment areas, and knowing when to escalate appropriately, while taking ownership and accountability for actions, ensuring cost-effective repairs and minimized test and repair time.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ Minimum of 1 year of related experience
+ Possesses comprehensive PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications, along with competence in IT/network diagnosis, system connectivity, and remote service.
+ Education: High school graduate degree level or equivalent desired (preferably in an engineering, medical or science related qualification)
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
+ Detail-oriented and interested in data management and analytics, exhibiting strong technical knowledge in engineering fundamentals and the ability to solve logical problems independently.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The hourly pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $23.87 - $38.19, plus overtime eligibility.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
