**Job summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP BI and SAP Native HANA development. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and will be responsible for designing developing and implementing advanced SAP solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and development of SAP BI solutions to meet business requirements. + Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP Native HANA development projects. + Provide technical expertise in SAP BI and HANA to support business processes and decision-making. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions. + Develop and optimize complex data models and queries in SAP HANA. + Ensure data accuracy and consistency across SAP BI and HANA systems. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP BI and HANA. + Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SAP BI and HANA applications. + Create and maintain technical documentation for SAP BI and HANA solutions. + Train and mentor junior team members on SAP BI and HANA best practices. + Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends. + Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP BI and HANA processes and methodologies. **Qualifications** + Possess extensive experience in SAP BI and SAP Native HANA development. + Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities. + Show proficiency in data modeling and query optimization. + Have a solid understanding of SAP architecture and integration. + Display the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
