The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, have a true passion for hospitality and a heart for service, as well as be detail oriented. Experience with Banquet Operation is required, as well as a flexible schedule.

What will I be doing?
 

\n

As a Banquet Captain, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n

 

\n\nSupervise food and beverage service throughout banquet functions to ensure quality service and product quality\nAssist with the planning, organizing and execution of all banquet functions including, but not limited to, breakfast, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, galas, etc.\nGreet and welcome client representatives and guests, responding to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\nParticipate in and lead department meetings\nProcess banquet checks accurately and efficiently for payment\nEnsure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service\nServe alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations\n
