**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Infra Developer with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Amazon Kubernetes Services Helm Google Kubernetes Engine Docker Container and Kubernetes. The role is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel. Proficiency in English is a must. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using Amazon Kubernetes Services and Google Kubernetes Engine. + Oversee the deployment and management of Docker containers to ensure efficient and reliable application performance. + Provide expertise in Helm for managing Kubernetes applications and ensuring seamless integration and deployment. + Develop and maintain Kubernetes Work Models to optimize resource utilization and application scalability. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. + Implement best practices for infrastructure security monitoring and maintenance to ensure system integrity and availability. + Conduct performance tuning and optimization of infrastructure components to enhance overall system performance. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation. + Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for infrastructure development and management. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our infrastructure remains cutting-edge. + Contribute to the development of infrastructure automation scripts to streamline deployment and management processes. + Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards are maintained. + Document infrastructure designs processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience with Amazon Kubernetes Services and Google Kubernetes Engine. + Should possess strong expertise in managing Docker containers and Kubernetes applications. + Must be proficient in using Helm for Kubernetes application management. + Should have a deep understanding of Kubernetes Work Models and their optimization. + Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues. + Should have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. **Certifications Required** Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) Docker Certified Associate (DCA) Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
