**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Product Test Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience in Finacle Temenos T24 Core Banking Selenium and Core Java. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Advent Geneva and will work from our office during day shifts. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our financial products through rigorous testing and analysis. **Responsibilities** + Conduct thorough testing of financial products to ensure quality and reliability. + Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements. + Utilize Finacle Temenos T24 and Core Banking systems to perform functional and regression testing. + Implement automated testing scripts using Selenium and Core Java to enhance testing efficiency. + Identify document and track defects and inconsistencies in the product. + Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality. + Provide detailed reports on testing outcomes and suggest improvements. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing. + Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements product designs schedules or potential problems. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies. + Assist in the development and maintenance of testing documentation and procedures. + Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with established protocols and guidelines. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process and overall product quality. **Qualifications** + Must have experience in Finacle Temenos T24 and Core Banking systems. + Must have strong skills in Selenium and Core Java for automated testing. + Must have domain expertise in Advent Geneva. + Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities. + Should be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. + Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. + Should be able to work independently and as part of a team. + Should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies. + Should be familiar with industry standards and best practices in software testing. + Should have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. + Should have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. **Certifications Required** ISTQB Certified Tester Selenium Certification Finacle Certification Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
