**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated Product Test Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing Excel Macro/VBA UFT and Oracle Customer Care & Billing. Additionally experience in the Advent Geneva domain is mandatory. This role is based in our office and operates during the day shift. **Responsibilities** + Conduct thorough testing of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing systems to ensure functionality and performance. + Develop and execute test cases for Oracle Customer Care & Billing applications. + Utilize Excel Macro/VBA to automate repetitive testing tasks and improve efficiency. + Implement and manage test scripts using UFT to ensure comprehensive test coverage. + Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner. + Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders. + Ensure all testing activities comply with company standards and best practices. + Participate in requirement analysis and provide input on testability of requirements. + Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by new changes. + Monitor and track defects to ensure timely resolution. + Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes. + Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. + Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies to maintain high-quality standards. **Qualifications** + Must have experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing. + Must have proficiency in Excel Macro/VBA for automation tasks. + Must have hands-on experience with UFT for test script management. + Must have experience with Oracle Customer Care & Billing. + Must have domain experience in Advent Geneva. + Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Should have excellent communication and documentation skills. + Should be detail-oriented and able to work independently. + Should be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. + Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. + Should be committed to maintaining high-quality standards. + Should be adaptable to changing project requirements. + Should have a passion for continuous learning and improvement. **Certifications Required** ISTQB Certified Tester Oracle Certified Professional Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
