Who We Are

The ProgramAus4Growth (A4G) is a partnership between Australia and Vietnam and aims to close gaps in policy and practice to support enhanced economic growth, trade and investment, clean energy, inclusion, and digital acceleration.Building on previous programs – Aus4Reform and Aus4Transport – A4G integrates emerging initiatives in energy, trade, inclusion, and digital. A4G will directly support the priorities of the Australia – Vietnam Development Partnership Plan 2025-2030 and the Australia-Vietnam Comprehensive Strategic Partnership (March 2024).A4G is funded by the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and managed by Boston Consulting Group. About The Opportunity • Fixed term contract, 12 months initially with option to extend• Full-time role based in Hanoi

 



What You'll Do

The Program Strategy & Delivery Manager will play a crucial role in driving momentum and coordination across A4G's initial domain strategies and early activities. This position will be responsible for sustaining high-level engagement with the Government of Vietnam (Gov) at multiple levels, ensuring key approvals and processes are efficiently navigated to support program implementation.


Working closely with the A4G Leadership Team – including the Delivery Co-leads, Deputy Team Leader and incoming Domain Leads – the Program Strategy & Delivery Manager will lead planning and coordination of GoV engagements, scope and support early program activities, prepare and finalise tasking and concept notes, and help translate Domain strategies into implementation. This role will also provide strategic insights to inform decision-making and maintain momentum during the critical Inception Phase.



What You'll Bring

This role requires a strong track record in program delivery, excellent relationship management skills and understanding of the Vietnamese policy and institutional landscape. Experience in program implementation and stakeholder coordination in development contexts is highly desirable.
