**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 7 years of experience in GIS Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ArcFM Customization ArcGIS Mobile SDK ArcGIS JavaScript ArcGIS Experience Builder and ArcGIS Pro Customization. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Develop and customize GIS applications using ArcFM Customization to meet project requirements. + Utilize ArcGIS Mobile SDK to create and enhance mobile GIS applications. + Implement and maintain web-based GIS solutions using ArcGIS JavaScript. + Design and build interactive GIS experiences with ArcGIS Experience Builder. + Customize ArcGIS Pro to streamline workflows and improve user experience. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze GIS requirements. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GIS applications. + Ensure GIS applications are optimized for performance and scalability. + Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. + Stay updated with the latest GIS technologies and industry trends. + Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for development tasks. + Document technical specifications and user guides for GIS applications. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of GIS development processes. **Qualifications** + Possess strong experience in ArcFM Customization. + Have expertise in ArcGIS Mobile SDK for mobile application development. + Demonstrate proficiency in ArcGIS JavaScript for web-based GIS solutions. + Show capability in using ArcGIS Experience Builder for interactive GIS experiences. + Exhibit skills in ArcGIS Pro Customization to enhance user workflows. + Have a solid background in GIS Development with a focus on performance and scalability. + Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision. + Possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Have strong communication and collaboration abilities. + Be committed to staying updated with the latest GIS technologies. + Show experience in documenting technical specifications and user guides. + Demonstrate the ability to provide accurate time estimates for development tasks. + Be dedicated to continuous improvement of GIS development processes. **Certifications Required** Certified GIS Professional (GISP) Esri Technical Certification in ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Developer Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
