Overview GENERAL SUMMARY The Junior Platform Strategist will support the Web Development Team's strategic initiatives and contribute to the development and execution of product strategies for our clients. This role involves collaboration with UX, development, and creative teams, and focuses on contributing to product roadmaps, platform strategies, and scrum team support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, passionate about creating best-in-class user experiences, has a foundational understanding of digital marketing and web development, and is highly motivated to develop their strategic skills in a supportive environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Platform Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of strategies that enhance user experiences and drive growth for clients' digital platforms/products under the guidance of senior strategists. Contribute to the creation of Goal-Oriented Roadmaps for client digital platforms and web products. Participate in collaboration sessions among agency and client disciplines to foster knowledge sharing and skill development. Support the monitoring and analysis of digital platform performance, providing initial insights and recommendations for improvements. Assist in identifying and translating user and behavioral insights from diverse data sources to improve user experiences. New Business: Support senior team members in the preparation and execution of new business pitches, including helping to develop pitch presentations and case studies. Communication: Assist in ensuring strategic adherence throughout the creative ideation, development, and production processes. DAY-TO-DAY: Collaboratively work on projects with senior strategists, gradually taking on more ownership as competency develops. Contribute to proactive research and analysis of a client’s digital landscape, target audience, and competitors. Work closely with Development, UX, Creative, and Production teams to assist in the seamless integration of digital strategies across products. Participate in defining key digital channels' roles, objectives, and KPIs for campaigns and owned properties. Develop a deep understanding of the role and particular value of platform strategy within scrum teams working within Agile methodology Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital strategy, web development, and UX/UI design. Qualifications EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of experience in digital strategy, platform strategy, or related advertising fields. SKILLS: Basic experience or familiarity with developing digital product or platform roadmaps. Ability to contribute to research findings with guidance from senior team members. Foundational understanding of web and social analytics. Strong written communication and presentation skills. Aptitude for simplifying complex ideas and open to feedback and continuous improvement. Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of agency and client stakeholders. Eager to develop creative thinking and strategic planning skills. Desire to build strong working relationships with creative and cross-disciplinary project teams. EDUCATION Degree from an accredited university or college is strongly preferred. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
