Job DescriptionJob Description:
Identify, assess, develop and manage Avery Dennison’s OPTICA (On-demand Labeling, Packing Varification) business with the long term potential business clients.
Drive partnership and new revenue opportunities in white space and growth accounts while ensuring the business protection or market share gain through Consignment deal offerings
Build a deep understanding of the customer specific solutions with growth areas and market influences
Manage presentation of the OPTICA business model and support calendar to educate at both the customers and internal sales team level
Regularly liaise with Field Service Engineer on new customer ODL & Packing Varification setup and ongoing service requirements
Regularly pay visit to potential customers along with Factory Sales team to build a credible opportunity pipeline & manage the Sales Funnel with a close monitoring and follow up
Support on yearly budgeting plan and meet the target in quarterly basis
Closely work with the Finance team ROI Calculation of specific OPTICA projects.
Hunt open On-demand Labeling convertible business and close the deal.
Stay abreast of industry trends, on top of market insights as well as global apparel branding trends
Stay up to date to latest requirements or changes brought by the organisation and management and be open to adhere to those
Make available to new learning opportunities as there are continuous solution models being introduced and rolled for market approach
Pipeline development and management
Solution understanding and education
Voice of the customer feedback to innovation
Enable accurate and speedy development and deployment
QualificationsQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing. Management or Engineering in any discipline. MBA will be an added advantage
At least 5 to 8 years Sales/Service experience, Technical Sales preferred.
Experience in apparel / footwear manufacturing, Machine/IT/ accessory supply preferable
Person having experience in Project management or Saas selling will get preference
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Willing to work both outside & Inside the office.
