**1.RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Under general supervision, coordinate and provide technical marketing expertise for product promotions and marketing campaigns.
+ Design, develop, and implement marketing activities and materials such as brochures, audio/ visual materials, and distributing in online and offline channels
+ Review business results and ensure the adherence of the marketing activities and plans.
+ Liaise with the media, advertising agencies and public relations firms, manage our online and offline communication with clients and increase brand awareness, like SH WeChat platform.
+ Coordinate involvement in conferences, exhibitions and marketing seminars.
+ Assist marketing team in formulating marketing strategy, including market research, publicity planning, data collection, competition analysis and other tasks before listed.
+ Assist to produce marketing material and propose improving opinions and suggestion according to the marketing strategy of company.
+ Plan and organize the marketing activities (including the instruments & equipment show, special owned events, academic conferences and so on), overall control process nodes and improve the efforts of brand dissemination.
+ Take charge of the exchange activities of foreign experts in China and domestic experts’ short - term overseas advanced study program, actively communicate with supporting departments of domestic and overseas to ensure the programs run smoothly.
+ Cooperate with finance to handle payment process of various activities, maintain mutual check and communication with accountants, timely update MKT conferences budget and ensure the expenses of the budget.
+ Construct internal application process of SOP for sales and mkt team.
+ Train interns regularly and perfect record system; regularly urge unpaid projects/projects that haven’t submit invoices.
+ Maintain regular communication with different functions, coordinate with internal departments and provide them with administrative supporting to accelerate the solution of market process.
2.REQUIREMENTS:
+ Proven work experience as a Sr. Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role
+ Familiarity with advertising campaigns
+ Proficiency in MS Office
+ Knowledge of Analytics
+ Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Good presentation skills
