**Essential duties & responsibilities:** (detailed description)
**Collaborative Leadership**
+ Displays leadership through fostering a culture of collaboration with MPS Managers for technical competency and business growth through increased robotic utilization.
+ Act as player-coach, actively engaging with MPS teams to ensure customer and team goals are achieved for their respective territories.
+ Works actively with FEES, CONNECT Leads and MPS Managers to create a scalable program/guideline for pre-course training to ensure consistency and effectiveness on JR Mako platform applications
**Strategic Vision/Implementation:**
+ At the direction of the Senior Manager of Clinical Processes, ensures the implementations of Mako strategic initiatives within the assigned territory
+ Communicates plan with key stakeholders/ local leadership
+ Evaluates and reports to Senior Manager of Clinical Processes, the impact of Sales Education strategy within the field robotic sales organization
+ Utilizes Stryker analytic platforms for collaboration with MPSM’s and local leadership for development opportunities
+ In collaboration with Senior Management, utilizes complaints data to highlight and implement areas of education and re-education for current Mako applications and for upcoming application launches and upgrades into the MPS field organization
**Project Management:**
+ Works with Senior Manager of Clinical Processes to utilize complaints data to provide on-site learning opportunities and identify areas of improvement for re-education opportunities and increased utilization
+ Collaborates with Customer Support and IT to deliver resources and education to the MPSM field organization on timely submission and filing of Product Experience Reports
+ Assist in the delivery of customer reports from the Complaints Team to the customer
+ Demonstrate technical expertise with Mako robotic JR applications and ability to transfer knowledge to facilitate HCP re-engagement and deliver 1:1 education to the local MPS team
+ At the direction of the Senior Manager of Clinical Processes, collaborates and supports projects with FEES, Customer Support and Marketing to develop MPS re-education programs
+ Collaborate with FEES, CONNECT Leads and MPSM’s across territories to ensure Mako procedures comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
+ Collaborate with FEES, Marketing and MPSM’s to deliver best practices across territories to improve customer experience and continued Mako utilization
**Business Measurement/Data Utilization:**
+ Support the use of Mako Analytics/Reporting data to understand system use and identify
+ areas for improvement in utilization at account level.
+ Delivers to the Senior Manager of Clinical Processes metrics and goals/success criteria and milestones for accounts that are aligned under JR strategy.
+ Works actively with FEES, CONNECT Leads and MPS Managers to create scalable metrics for reporting to Senior Manager of Mako Clinical Processes and Stryker Sales leadership on what “success” looks like during and after onboarding new MPS hires
+ Partners with FEES and Senior Manager of CLPS to ensure any new or re-education requirements are met to ensure strong launches
+ Collaborates with JR and Senior Manager of CLPS to ensure the goals of new system launches are met
**Customer Engagement:**
+ Strengthen partnership and education through meetings such as AAOS and AAHKS.
+ Works with Customer Support, Marketing and FEES for maintaining customer feedback/ responsiveness.
+ Work with Senior Manager of Clinical Processes to identify areas of customer re-engagement and provide resources and onsite support for customer confidence in Stryker products.
**Organizational Capabilities:**
+ Gather best practices from other JR territories and establish national best practices for success.
+ Leverage existing corporate and field-based partners along with Stryker approved materials and resources to build strong programs and growth opportunities.
**Brand Stewardship:**
+ Continue to uphold the Stryker brand and mission statement as we continue to define a sustainable business model that will ensure success and the ability to deliver to our customers the best clinical success and outcomes in joint replacement care.
**Education & special trainings:**
+ Bachelor’s degree required. B.S, B.A.S or B.B.A preferred.
**Qualifications & experience:**
+ 8+ years of work experience required
+ 8+ years of experience in a Mako clinical or joint replacement role covering manual procedures
+ Background in orthopedics and/or healthcare is highly preferred
+ Ability to work collaboratively with sales and cross-functional groups in a team-oriented environment
+ Persuasive oral and written communication skills; experience dealing with all customer groups and senior leadership
+ Strong analytical, project management skills
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timeline
+ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
**Physical & mental requirements:**
+ Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
+ Coordination of eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability and memory retention ability.
+ Must be able to travel extensively, including frequent air travel, overnight stays in hotels, and use of rental cars, requiring the ability to manage physical and mental demands associated with extended periods away from home.
+ Weekend travel may be required.
+ Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise.
+ Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, up to 6 hours.
+ Must be able to work in a sterile environment which may require wearing PPE.
+ Must be able to manage time, projects, stress and conflict.
+ Must possess strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication.
+ Must be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
+ Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records
+ Must be able to communicate / present to large groups of people

+ $87,600.00- $143,600.00salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
