ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

The Creators+ team , a division of TelevisaUnivision, is seeking an Associate Campaign Manager to assist with management and execution of campaigns with influencers.  This position requires close attention to detail, project management and liaising with digital talent.  The ideal person to fill this position can multitask and understands best practices for influencer campaigns.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

Track deliverables and marketing assets for influencer activationsWork closely with sales team to assure all deliverables meet all requirements and are on scheduleManage tracking of all sold campaigns from contract development, fee negotiation, through creation, through post and paymentWork closely with UCN team members to manage all related campaign communication with influencersManage projection of campaign budget and work within the approved amountResponsible for updating campaign workflows for continuous improvementManage expenses, coordinate team meetings, develop presentation decks and oversee other special projects as assigned

YOU HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years of work experience managing multi-platform digital campaigns preferably with influencersFamiliarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and SnapchatMS Office proficientMust have excellent organizational and project management skillsMust be versatile and able to adapt to constantly changing marketplace and environmentExceptional written, verbal and analytical skillsExcellent relationship management skills

Desired Skills & Experience

Fluent in Spanish (read and write)Graphic Design software knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Must be willing to work from office in New York, NYEmployment/education will be verifiedApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Base pay Range - $48,300 to $60,000 + benefits
