V&A Alliance Immunology Franchise Operations Lead– US will serve as a key operational leader and essential administrative support resource for Sanofi’s V&A alliance immunology team.
This position provides operational leadership and administrative support to ensure efficient execution of Dupixent and Itepekimab Value and Access initiatives. The role focuses on driving and optimizing processes, managing key operational tasks, and providing streamlined administrative coordination. This role involves close cross-functional collaboration with Sanofi Specialty Care Market Access teams (US Account Management, Specialty Pharmacy, Market Access Excellence), US Market Access Shared Services, Alliance Brand Teams (Marketing, Market Research, Sales, Business Operations, Patient Support Services, Field Reimbursement Managers, Training), Medical, HEOR, Legal, and other relevant departments.
This position is based in Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ and reports directly to the Head of V&A Alliance Immunology.

Main Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
Manage and streamline operational processes (e.g., team meetings, launch SOPs, weekly insight meetings, budget planning and tracking, team training programs, access tracking).
Lead event planning and execution for strategic initiatives (extended Market Access summits, Alliance meetings, Market Access POA meetings).
Drive operational alignment through regular KPI tracking and reporting across Alliance Value and Access team.
Coordinate quarterly business reviews, budget planning, and annual brand planning activities within team and support head and senior directors with additional meetings.
Liaise closely with Operations and administrative leads across Sanofi (e.g., Specialty Care Market Access Operations, Business Unit Operations) to ensure cohesive, timely execution of shared workstreams.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and team productivity.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support and coordination for the Alliance Value and Access leadership team.
Manage meeting scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions to ensure operational continuity.
Coordinate communication across internal teams to streamline information flow and facilitate effective decision-making.
Vendor and agency management including PO submission, RFP coordination support, milestone tracking, and operational oversight.
Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and internal policies.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 3 years in biopharmaceutical industry, ideally with operational, administrative role support or strong project management experience
Proven operational leadership and strong project management skills including detailed planning, contingency management, and rapid execution.
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
Self-starter, capable of navigating ambiguity and driving clarity independently.
Understanding in financial planning and budget management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct experience in operations and some exposure to market access
Background with specialty pharmaceutical products, particularly Dermatology and Respiratory therapeutic areas.
Experience supporting organizational changes or process optimization initiatives.
Previous experience supporting senior leaders or executives administratively.
Strong digital literacy and proficiency in common business software tools and platforms.

The salary range for this position is:
$147,000.00 - $245,000.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
