Job Overview Drive the early planning, development, and lifecycle management of new product portfolio to ensure commercial success in a competitive market from a value access perspective.

Key responsibilitiesProactively monitor external environment, customers, and competitors to identify access opportunities for new product portfolio.Analyze unmet needs and market access dynamics in new target therapeutic areas for pipeline products.Identify value evidence needs and provide inputs to global R&D, value evidence generation, and access strategy planning from a China access perspective, and support global execution of relevant studies in China.Timely provide input to cross-functional teams based on local access policies and dynamics.Build long-term relationships with KOLs and industry associations in access.

QualificationsMaster’s degree or higher in Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Health Economics, and Pharmacy Administration, or related fields.Experience: 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, deep knowledge of drug development processes, market access policies and HEOR. Experience in supporting new products is a plus.Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical skills with Strategic thinking. Exceptional English and communication skills.
