Prime Video Legal US is looking for an Associate Contracts Manager to assist with managing contracts templates, standard terms and fallbacks, and automation efforts for Prime Video licensing agreements. This role entails working closely with senior attorneys across SVOD, TVOD, FAST, and other Prime Video services globally.

Experience with inbound IP licensing, especially in streaming video, is a bonus. Experience simplifying and automating complex agreement types within specified parameters is a big bonus.

Key job responsibilities
- Working closely with a small, but experienced, team of lawyers to drive automation, simplification, and harmonization across deal types/templates/teams.
- Maintaining and improving template agreements, working with Legal and business stakeholders to drive simplification and automation, including via use of AI tools, and assisting with deal negotiations.
