Mission of the Position:

Analyze and identify the competencies of the collaborators considering the policies of the process, in order to ensure the selection of suitable personnel and the generation of individual development plans that allow the internal growth of the different areas of the company.

Job Description:

Execute the personnel requisitions assigned by the career plan coordinator, through the tools established by the organization, to fill the internal vacancies requested by the client.Responsible for the complete recruitment cycleAnalyze the competencies and skills of employees, through the implementation of the career plan process, to ensure compliance with established policies, through competency-based interviews.Knowledge in psychometric tests, desirable DISC or Talen map.Present to the requested areas the competency reports of the candidates, to ensure the delivery of information oriented to decision making because of the process.Perform the evaluation of the adjustment period to the position of each collaborator, considering the strengths and opportunities for improvement, with the objective of achieving the fulfillment of the objectives and the development of competencies.Receive and verify the documentation and information of the processes required by customers, through the analysis and monitoring of requests, to ensure the development of the calls in the established time according to the policies of the area.Contribute to the development of new projects, activities and strategies, with the purpose of achieving the fulfillment of the objectives established by the area.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or PsychologyB2 English levelExperience in recruitment processesInteraction with candidates and leadersHandling of competency-based interviewsInterviewing experience
