Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Project Manager - Infrastructure Design (Land Development) to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure design projects for land development initiatives in the region.

Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets for infrastructure design projectsCollaborate with senior project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure project objectives are metMonitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on trackCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including contractors and government agenciesPrepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, change orders, and status updatesSupport the development of infrastructure design concepts and plansEnsure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standardsAssist in managing project resources, including personnel and equipmentParticipate in client meetings and site visits as neededContribute to continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field3-5 years of experience in infrastructure design in land development projectsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design softwareStrong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven problem-solving abilities and attention to detailEffective time management and organizational skillsKnowledge of land development processes and regulationsUnderstanding of infrastructure design principlesUAE / KSA experience is preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferredAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment
