Role Purpose:
The primary responsibilities of this role are to support Finance Operations team to manage all accounts payable and accounts receivables tasks.
This role also requires you to work closely with other departments and functions as well as regional colleagues to support local and regional transformation projects.
Key Accountabilities:
Invoice Processing – Receive, verify, and process invoices from vendors and suppliers. Ensure all invoices are properly supported and accurately booked to the AP module on a timely basis.Expense Reimbursement – Process and review employee reimbursement to ensure it complies with company policies.Payment processing – Prepare and execute payment run in Oracle. Ensure all payments are made within agreed terms and compliance with company policies.Payments includes but are not limited to invoice, staff reimbursement, reinsurance, return premium, broker brokerage, intercompany and interbank transfer.Month End Closing – Assist with month end and year end closing procedures. Which includes preparing accruals and journal entries.Audit schedules and bank reconciliation – To prepare monthly audit schedules and bank reconciliation.Prepare intercompany invoices on a quarterly basis, validating expenses before sending to our affiliates.Record incoming receipt (UA)Maintain and monitor listing of unallocated receipts.Undertakes any other finance duties as may be assigned.Qualifications:
Diploma and above preferredKnowledge, Skills & Competencies
Preferably, 3 - 5 years of experience in accounts payable/accounts receivablesProficiency in ERP OracleDon’t meet every single requirement?
