WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Area Human Resources Manager, you'll lead with our values, embody our leadership expectations, and adopt a growth mindset. You'll be responsible for driving Sales & Profit by setting and executing HR strategy. Your role ensures the Area has strong teams in alignment with the Global People Plan, while strategically focusing on succession planning, talent management, and leadership development. You'll also ensure that all HR actions comply with legal requirements and H&M policies.
You will:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to consistently meet store and area staffing needs.Train, support, and monitor the quality of recruitment processes.Collaborate with the area team to plan, organize, and follow up on introduction trainings for store management teams.Track and evaluate HR KPIs, initiating actions to support business goals.Ensure all employees receive meaningful feedback, annual reviews, and have clear development plans in place.Map succession plans for your stores and actively support Store Managers in developing their teams.Identify, analyze, and address training needs in your area, collaborating with support office teams to facilitate training.Promote company values and culture to drive business success.Implement and monitor adherence to global H&M policies and standards, ensuring compliance with local legislation.Prevent and resolve employee-related issues.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Together with the Area Team you’ll support and ensure Store Managers work with structured performance management for all employees in the Stores. In the same time you’ll collaborate with Store Managers and Area Team to secure development plans in your Area. You’ll also together with Sales HR Manager, Store Managers and Area Team, coach and encourage employees to live our Values.
