**Job summary** We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 9 years of experience in Spring Boot and Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and will be responsible for designing and implementing robust software solutions. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts. **Responsibilities** + Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot and Java to meet business requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. + Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by identifying and correcting bottlenecks. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative and innovative environment. + Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices. + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement. + Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy. + Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business goals. + Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information. + Optimize application performance and scalability to handle increasing user loads. + Contribute to the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to enhance development efficiency. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong background in Spring Boot and Java with proven experience in designing and implementing software solutions. + Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. + Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. + Show proficiency in code review processes and maintaining high code quality standards. + Have experience with CI/CD processes and tools to streamline development workflows. + Display a keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
