Ready to get started? **Main responsibilities:** + Support us in executing a robust and integrated change plan + Participate in change impact assessments with site teams and identify potential roadblocks and optimizations + Take part in the development, the implementation & the monitoring of the execution of the change management plan + Support in the deployment of the project initiatives + Contribute to the preparation of deliverables to ensure the project tollgate signoffs _About you_ + **Soft and technical skills** : proactivity, communication capabilities, organizational skills.
