+ **App Security Specialist** **100% Remote - Spain** We are seeking an **App Security Specialist** with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity Management and Governance. Experience in Drilling and Development is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Lead the implementation and maintenance of application security protocols to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data. + Oversee the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures related to Identity Management and Governance. + Provide expert guidance on security best practices to development teams during the software development lifecycle. + Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions that meet business requirements. + Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of incidents. + Develop and deliver security training programs to educate employees on security awareness and best practices. + Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. + Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks. + Support the integration of security tools and technologies into existing systems and processes. + Participate in the evaluation and selection of security products and services. + Provide technical support and expertise during security-related projects and initiatives. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and practices. **KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:** + Strong experience in Identity Management and Governance. + Minimum of 6 years and maximum of 8 years of relevant experience. + Nice to have experience in the Drilling and Development domain. + Proficient in conducting security assessments and audits. + Experience in developing and enforcing security policies and procedures. + Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Ability to stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies. + Experience in providing security training and awareness programs. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
