Job DescriptionFor our client’s international team in Schaffhausen, we are looking for an Analytical Technician / Laboratory Technician (all genders). In this exciting and versatile position, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Performing hands-on analytical support for large molecule process development and clinical material testingSupporting the fill and finish of drug product for clinical trial suppliesPerforming a broad range of analytical techniques including HPLC (e.g., size exclusions), bioassays (e.g., immunoblotting), UV-spectrometer, fluorescence detection (involving microscopy and plate-based assays)Supporting in the development of new analytical technologiesSupporting the implementation of process analytical technologies for on-line measurementsHandling of samples incl. preparation of reagents and data entry into the lab notebook (ELN)Communicating with team members as well as various partnersIndependent data investigation and escalation in case of deviationsPerform analysis under GMP (including compliant documentation)QualificationsFor this multifaceted position we are looking for someone with:
Industry training, e.g. BTA, CTA or MTA, Bachelor studies (Biotech, Biochemistry, or Chemistry) or comparableIdeally professional experience within a R&D and GMP laboratoryGood knowledge in the regulated area under GMP or ISO 17025 would be beneficialExperience with ELN is an advantageExperience with automated liquid handling is a plusCareful and responsible way of workingStrong communication and teamwork skills will help you to integrate into a dynamic, international teamStrong communication skills in German and EnglishHigh motivation, ability to work under pressure, flexibility and reliabilityHigh level of commitment and enthusiasmAdditional InformationWe are offering you an interesting position within a truly global company.
