Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. **_Accountabilities_** • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. • Strong data consolidation via running reports, balancing and querying large data sets. • Manage all aspects of incoming payment files for processing at all Coupon, Interest and Maturity payments and pitches by reviewing online banking platforms. • Ensure that all incoming payments files are timely loaded into system for processing. • Ensure that all incoming payment files comply with internal standards. • Provide a high level of customer service when regular updates, training and cross training other team members as required including providing coverage during absences or peak periods. • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. • Actively pursues effective an efficient operation to an inclusive work environment. **_Education / Experience_** • VBA , SQL or Python skills are preferred • 1-3 years experience within financial services industry across Fixed Income & Equities • Knowledge of Capital Markets • Experience in financial services / reconciliation procedures / accounting • Business/Finance degree is preferred \#LI-hybrid Ubicación(s): Colombia : Bogota : Bogota ScotiaGBS forma parte del grupo de empresas de Scotiabank ubicado en Bogotá, Colombia, y fue creado para apoyar diversos procesos del Banco y el desarrollo y ejecución de su estrategia global de servicios en 15 países de las Américas.
