What You'll Do

As an Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's Financial Institutions Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, providing industry expertise and insights, working together with BCG case and proposal teams to deliver customized knowledge assets and expert advisory.

Additionally, you will support your topic in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets, aligned to the Consumer, Private & Business Banking (CPBB) sector. You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. As an Analyst – BCG Vantage you will assist with on-boarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team.

What You'll Bring

Master's degree relevant to consumer banking industry; 1+ year of relevant work experience in consumer banking preferred (or relevant internship)Or Bachelor's degree, with strict minimum of 1+ year consulting experience or 2+ years of relevant industry work experience in consumer bankingFluency in EnglishDemonstrated skills in Excel and data analysis (experience in CapIQ a plus)Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsWill not require employer sponsorship to work legally in the United States of America

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.

 

We expect total annualized compensation for Chicago based employees to be approximately the following:

Anticipated Base salary $79,000; vary based on experience and skill levelAnnual discretionary performance bonus between 0-16%5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and there is no waiting periodFirst year annualized target total compensation: $89,586.00
