TU’s largest sales team is based in New York, with network operations in Miami, and television stations and sales offices in major cities throughout the United States.

ABOUT YOU

To better serve our clients in the rapidly changing media and advertising environment, TU’s Strategy & Insights team (S&I) is an integral resource to client-side marketers, helping them increase knowledge of the Hispanic consumer to develop better communication strategies and better connect with this valuable consumer segment.

JOB RESPONSABILITIES:

Pulls data from syndicated data sources such as MRI, Scarborough, Nielsen AdIntel and GeoscapeClean, organize, and update data in excel to identify Hispanic trendsBuild slides with key insights through charts, and tablesCreate and disseminate category landscape news and information to help sales teams stay informed on category developmentsOther essential duties as assigned

YOU HAVE:

1-2 years of experience at a media, or research company, advertising agencyStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong analytical skills, organizational skills, great attention to detail and follow-through, ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlinesProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; i.e. build and edit formulas in excelAdaptable approach and strong customer service skills to support internal clients, especially on last minute requestsSpanish language proficiency (read and write)

Additional Skills

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experienceFamiliarity with syndicated marketing research tools such as Nielsen Ad Intel, MRI, Scarborough, Kantar is a plusHispanic/multi-cultural, brand marketing, advertising or research experience is a plusExperience supporting sales teams is a plus

Employment/education will be verifiedTime flexibility required to interact with people in different geographical locations, and work extended hours, sometimes on short notice due to project deadlines

Ability to stand, walk, bend, type, and sit for up to (8) hours
