This Service Leader will be ensuring compliance with standards, continuous development of people and processes, effective management of budget and resource while ensuring the team has the processes and tools they need to deliver on professional services project commitments. You will develop the year plan for your function, on the basis of the strategic plan for the whole unit, while participating in discussions about the future of the business.
The Aftermarket Service Director will be responsible for:
Managing complex projects for Field Service, Repair, Spare Parts departments for the Aftermarket Brush Business in the Americas.Achieving customer satisfaction and business targets in terms of Revenues, Margin, Cash collections.Leading Project managers team and process leaders, providing guidance and advice across the region.Having a deep understanding of financial data associated with the business and working with multiple businesses and teams to gather process and system data for integrating into a centralized service management system.Leading the drive on localization in the America’s region and accountable for a multi-site business (Pittsburgh, Houston and Brazil campuses).Presenting project plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space, including partner technical teams.Collaborating with commercial team to execute growth strategies defining hiring strategy, cost optimization, margin expansion.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelors degree from accredited university or college, and 10+ years of manufacturing services experience, preferably with a global companyHave significant experience in Business Operations, ideally in a global role with aftermarket projects.Have strong communication and leadership skills.Demonstrate ability to lead programs and projects.Able to travel on short notice when needed.Work in a way that works for you
